After diagnosis, add the parts and labour you expect and send the estimate. The job moves to Awaiting approval.
- Approved: the job moves to In repair.
- Declined: the job moves to Declined, ready for the customer to collect the device.
If the repair turns out to need more than the customer agreed, ask them again before going ahead.
