Find or add the customer
Search by name or phone number. If they're new, add them with at least a name and phone number.
Describe the device
Choose the brand and model, then enter the IMEI or serial number, the passcode if the customer shares it, and the device's condition.
Record the fault
Write what the customer reports in their own words. Add a diagnostic fee if your shop charges one.
Print the job card
Give the customer the job card. Its QR code lets them check progress on their phone.
