Owners and managers add staff in Settings → Staff. Each person gets a role at each branch they work at, and the role decides which screens and actions they can use.
Supervisor approval
Some actions, such as large discounts, need a supervisor. Serilo asks a supervisor to enter their PIN, then continues.
